This is the blog of Donna Salazar, a wife, mom, artist, designer, teacher and kid at heart. My playful nature tends to come across in my products and classes because I believe that art should be fun. I am known for blending contrasting elements to create what I call my “Girlie Grunge” look. My style is especially appealing to mixed media artists, however my love of flowers and all things sparkly seems to appeal to crafters of all types and styles. Not a real peek... YET ;)

Happy New Year! I love new beginnings. Speaking of new beginnings... here are the logos for all 4 of my new paper lines that will be released at the CHA trade show later THIS MONTH:

I've got all sorts of emotions bumping into each other over this... I'm happy above all else but I'm nervous, excited, hesitant... you name it and I'm feeling it. I'm so glad to be working with people who can walk me through this process! Anyway... peeks and random drawings for my new product will begin ASAP! Keep checking back...

Donna, the logos are very interesting. It certainly is peaking my curiosity! It's okay to be nervous....just part of the journey! Can't wait for the real reveal..Happy New Year!
