Hiya All! Wendy here with a project share inspired for fathers ~ those past & present.
Father's Day is around the corner & I was inspired to remember my dad who was such a loyal, supportive, dedicated, and hardworking man. He wore his heart on his sleeve for others. Even though I lost him to cancer in 2005, I remember him & appreciate so many beautiful memories of him. Although he was a man who rarely took pictures, I grabbed up some pics from my mom's stash that were my favorites (that I scrap a lot in different projects) and added them into this timeless mini book.
GCD - Donna Salazar Designs - Antiquities collection was the PERFECT compliment in putting together this mini book. In creating this project, I felt all fall into place - maybe it's the masculinity to the colors of the papers, timepieces, vintage flair, and the Smooch Spritz colors I used partnered well with this collection.

The Design Adhesives can also be used with Fairy Dust Glitter...quick & simple to use!
Used different fonts, stamps, letter stickers, and misting with Smooch Spritz.

Wendy, I hit you link by mistake but I don't think so! Your work is so inspiring. I wish I had a father I could do one about but never happened (I'm not crying over what was done). I do think I will borrow some of your ideas used here and do one for my son. I certainly will be watching your work. I love it and feel so inspired to do a mini. Awesome Work! Thank you!

Awesome work Wendy - I love this tribute mini to your Dad.
What a fabulous idea to make your own accents by using the smaller pieces of the DSD paper and placing them underneath acrylic fragments.
I adore this book - it's stunning!
