It has been a while since I last posted… where has the time gone?!? You know what they say about having fun… I guess that is what happened. I’ve been carazie busy with teaching my online classes and I have a Summer session of Artsy Fartsy Techniques at My Creative Classroom coming up. I've taught a couple live classes and now I am in full blown design mode as I prepare my new lines for the Summer CHA show in July. There are some WAY cool things in the works that I will hopefully be able to announce shortly. In the meantime… here is what I’ve been up to lately:
I took a road trip to AZ with my daughter Genna to visit my mom for Mother’s Day weekend (which was also her Sweet 16th Birthday weekend). She is having a "Super Sweet Sixteen Sesame Street Slumber" party this weekend... she is such a nut!
On her birthday I told her I would take her ANYPLACE that she wanted to go to eat… and she chose to go to Sonic where they bring you your food on rollerskates… LOL. She is so easy to please!!!
Genna also came with me as my “assistant” to the Stampin’ Post in Temecula. She is my backup brain and it is AMAZING how well she can keep me on track. The folks at the Stampin’ Post were WONDERFUL! I love teaching in these intimate stores where I can really connect with the students. We had a blast!
This photo was e-mailed to me by Ro (thanks hon… I LOVE it)
After we were done cleaning up our beautiful messes… Deb and Randy (the store owners) gave me this kewl bottle of Temecula Olive Oil that can only be bought locally.
Right after Genna took this photo I was going to take her picture and dropped my camera face down in the dirt… needless to say, it isn’t working anymore. So if any of you have suggestions for a good quality, AFFORDABLE, digital camera… I’m all ears. J
Thanks for stopping by!
